Privacy Policy

AdaptiveBlue, Inc. respects your privacy and recognizes your need for appropriate protection and management of your personal information, such as your name, email address and mailing address. AdaptiveBlue collects personal information from you when you create a User Account. AdaptiveBlue does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We may use your personal information to contact you from time to time regarding updates to our policies, upgrades to BlueOrganizer software, or other information that we feel may be of interest to you.

In addition to personal information voluntarily provided by you, by the nature of its functionality, BlueOrganizer software collects information regarding your Internet usage and expressed personal preferences and interests. This is done through an automatic search and suggestion algorithm. This non-personal information is collected in aggregate form, without identifying any user individually. Non-personally identifiable information may be analyzed by AdaptiveBlue for the purpose of improving and expanding the functionality of BlueOrganizer software.

Although we do not sell, trade or rent your information, we may release personal and/or non-personal information about you when you request us to, for example when you use BlueOrganizer to share a link with a friend or when you chose to make one or more of your collections public. Your information may also be accessed by AdaptiveBlue employees as necessary to provide customer support and troubleshoot problems.

We may also release personal and non-personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, to enforce or apply our Conditions of Use and other agreements, or the protect the rights of AdaptiveBlue or others.

Information collected about you is protected in several ways. Access by you to your personal information is available through a password and unique user ID selected by you. Your password is encrypted. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. In addition, your personal information resides on proprietary secure servers that only selected AdaptiveBlue personnel and contracts have access to via password. Non-personal information is stored on secure third-party facilities provided by Amazon S3 web service, subject to the terms and conditions of Amazon's Web Services Licensing Agreement. Your personal information is encrypted when it is sent to us, and we thereby seek to prevent unauthorized parties from viewing such information while it is being transferred.

BlueOrganizer may suggest links to various webpages that the software determines may be of interest to you. We do not have control over third-party websites or their information collection practices and the practices of third-party websites are not covered by this Privacy Policy. We recommend that you consult the privacy policies of the third-party websites or contact the websites directly for information about their privacy practices.

At any time, you may request to view or update the personal information that we have collected about you. You may also request that we delete all personal and/or non-personal information that we have collected about you. We will promptly fulfill your request and provide you confirmation when the information has been deleted.

Because the Internet is constantly evolving, so are our policies. By creating a User Account, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy as it may be amended from time to time. While we may send you a copy of any updates, we recommend that you check back to view the policy at this site from time to time.
