Installing SmartLinks

SmartLink links appear automatically for dozens of great sites. Whether you link to a book on Amazon, an album on Last.fm or a stock on Yahoo! finance, SmartLinks will enhance your reader's experience. All you have to do is install a little piece of javascript once and supported links on your blog become SmartLinks!

Steps

• Head over to the SmartLinks Installation page
• Optional: Want awesome stats? Dashboard stats show you what links are being clicked on your blog and what's popular across the entire web. Just click the Custom Dashboard link and fill out the form and we'll email you back with instructions.

• Optional: Want to make money? If you're a member of a supported affiliate program, click the Affiliate Options and fill out your Affiliate ID.
• Click the Refresh Script button.

• Install the script on your blog. If you use Blogger or Wordpress click on the corresponding button and follow the instructions on the site.
• For Tumblr users, follow the step-by-step instructions on this help page.
• For Typepad users, click on the Tumblr install button, unless you have Advanced Templates, in which case you need to copy the script.
• All Other Platforms: You need to copy and paste the SmartLinks script in the textbox into the specific template for your platform. Please watch the Video below and contact support if you need help.
