Editing things

Once you've adding something you can go back and edit any of its attributes. You can even choose to edit more than one bookmark at a time by using Bulk Edit.

Tutorial

• Click Open My Things from the BlueOrganizer Toolbar menu.

• When you mouse over a bookmark a toolbar will appear with several options. Click the icon on the far left to open the Edit pane.

• The Edit pane will appear in the browser window.
• Edit attributes by clicking on the fields, changing the value, and then pressing OK.

• For fields with multiple values, first click on the Add a... link. You can then enter a comma-delimited list of values before pressing OK.

• Be sure to click the Update button for changes to persist.

• To Edit more than one object as a time, click on the Bulk Edit icon on the bottom of the My Things sidebar

• The Bulk Edit pane will appear in the browser window. You can change the rating, visibility, description, and add/remove tags all at once. Changes made here will affect all the bookmarks currently being shown on the page of your sidebar.
