Auto Save the Things You Visit Often

Auto Saving is for those of us who would like BlueOrganizer to automatically save bookmarks for us. When enabled, BlueOrganizer will automatically save the item after you've visited it a certain amount of times. You can choose to enable this for all blogs and regular web pages, for pages with recognized objects, or both.

Tutorial

  • Click Open Options from the BlueOrganizer Toolbar menu.
  • The BlueOrganizer Options screen will open in a new browser tab. Click the Auto Save Options tab.
  • By default BlueOrganizer saves any Book, Movie, Album, etc. after 5 times. You can turn this off here, change the threshold, or turn on Auto Saving for blogs and regular web pages.
  • Whenever you Save an object to another service, BlueOrganizer also saves a copy and adds it to the sidebar. This includes adding something to your Amazon Wish List, saving to del.icio.us or other bookmarking services, and much more. This is really handy if you'd like to keep a backup of all your favorite bookmarks.
  • By default BlueOrganizer marks all Auto Saved bookmarks as private. If you change if to public, they will appear in widgets and RSS feeds that you publish.
  • Click Save Options in the top right hand corner.
