Publish a SmartLinks Badge

A SmartLinks badge is a collection of your most recent BlueMarks displayed as a fun, interactive flash widget that shows a details view of each BlueMark containing its image, title, and a SmartLink launcher. It's a great way to showcase the items you're collecting and the pages you're visiting while browsing on the web. Setup is done only once and the list will automatically update as you add, remove, and edit from it.

Steps

• Launch the BlueOrganizer Options page either through the BlueMenu dropdown or the My BlueMarks sidebar.
• Select the Share BlueMarks tab and click on the Flash Badge option.
• Choose the type of the BlueMarks in the badge by selecting an existing feed, collection, smart filter, or tag name. The badge will only contain BlueMarks that fall under that type. Note the the maximum number of BlueMarks shown in the badge is 50.
• Enter in a badge title or keep the default title.
• Select a gridsize. Note that your selected content must contain at least enough items to fill the badge.
• Select the color of your badge.
• Choose the background color to match your blog using our color picker. For advanced users, you can enter in any hex color value.
• Click on the Generate Script button.

• Paste the generated HTML code into the sidebar of your site or blog. Now your readers can view your latest BlueMarks as well as click on the SmartLink launcher for added shortcuts!
