Look at everything included in this dashboard! Of course, there is the main guide which is what you were likely expecting. This is 68 pages of solid content pertaining to managing and reversing diabetes. This is the meat of the program and goes into the explanations as to how you got here and what to do about it.
Next up is the 8-week protocol. This is a separate document. Each day you are presented with some specific movement drills that only take seconds to perform. In case there is any confusion on how to perform them, they also have an exclusive video collection. I was really impressed with this part. The extra components of the system were especially impressive. It included an interval timer, heath tracker software, health calculator, and a recipe collection. I still haven’t counted all of the recipes, but there are a lot.

However, they also went the extra mile and included recipes that are budget friendly, vegetarian, 30 minute meals, gluten free and perfect for the holidays. If you want even more precision, they break down each recipe for calories, protein, carbs, fat, sodium and some other informative detail for you.
