The Non-Diabetics Type

Let’s start with the group who do not have diabetes, and don’t want it.

They are looking for a way to avoid diabetes. We call it a Prevention Program. You all should know that the prevention program is avoiding eating the “bad” foods.

By the way, I added white rice, mashed potatoes, fries, and chips, and white flour products such as white sandwiches and buns, all of which time wasn’t available by Australia to have additions on their list. That and other research & analysis helped me in receiving International Diabetes Expert, by E-zine and Reuters.

List of foods to avoidI reviewed how the digestion system works and it led me to using a concept of eaten foods arriving at the bottom of the esophagus (the tube carrying the eaten food to the stomach) where a small control team sorted out the eaten food and sent different nutrients to the places the body needed them for continued growth. I called the two sorters Moe and Curly. A third member of the control team I called Sven who alerted the pancreas  to generate, and send insulin to the bloodstream to help the glucose to enter the cells so they can develop energy to provide the physical movements of the body.

Sometimes, coming down the esophagus is eaten food without nutrients that is going nowhere. It is just dumped into the bloodstream by Moe and Curly. It is the beginning of this food turning into diabetes.

We have to understand what this web site can do for you. Let’s start with Section One, where we meet a person who does not have the ailment, and doesn’t want it. That person wants to prevent it. We start in helping that person by checking the cause of the problem. Then, we want to avoid the cause. Most are astonished to learn that it is what we eat. Charlie used his MIT experience in analyzing the Australian research. He isolated 700 foods (that we tend to eat) and identified the 22 “Bad Foods” that could help cause diabetes. For this and other work, he received the “International Diabetes Expert Award” and translated his book into a Spanish and a Portuguese version (Brazil). The key to eat or not to eat certain food to prevent the disease is to use the food that the nutritional researchers identified. Some of the ‘Bad Foods are rice, potatoes, and corn products. Also some breads and cereals. Then pretzels. bagels, and some donuts. There are about 9 others.

The good foods are lead by fruits, then pasta, peanuts, oatmeal, peas, sweet potatoes, chocolate, and beans.

There are more bad items then from the Australians research. Charlie identified white rice not brown rice, mashed potatoes, white flour sandwiches, instead of wheat or rye, and fries and chips, instead of baked potatoes.

It’s amazing that the local lunches for the seniors had chips and fries with almost every lunch.

This should give the non-diabetic a guide for dealing to stay away from the ailment. In addition to food, it is important to be taking some anti-oxidants. They include L-Carnitine, L-Glutamine, Taurine, Chromium, Zinc, Quercetin, Biotin, and Inositol. This data came from standing in line and making a lucky glance and seeing “Prescription for Nutritional Healing”, by the “Balch’s” . “l liked the word healing”, I was in a line in a pharmacy to pay my bill for my first medicine, way back in 2002. I quickly swapped the drug for the book. I never took any medicine, even when I cured myself of diabetes.

Ok, now to go to Section two, Curing a Diabetic. We don‘t have to see up towards and look for the grandmother of a few generations ago and tell her how unhappy we are on her passing down a bad gene as the medical community implies. The bad gene theory died the day I cured myself.

Everyone reading knows that eating the right food, and avoiding the bad foods could be sustaining the correct foods. Right! Taking the supplements are now are more important to take.

In the second section, we say hello to the medical expert to be, for us. Surprise? It is you! You start to create the first item that is needed to discipline the person in seeing what and why the ailment gets bigger in you.

You create a graph-data table. If you were having an automobile heading at you with great speed, you would do something to avoid it, Your table has five columns named Monday through Friday. Each day starts with the glucose reading, fasting, and is followed down the day with Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack.

The higher we see the glucose reading, the more diabetes you have, and the more danger you are in for blindness, kidney and heart failure, and amputations.

The patient-doctor has to have the discipline to record the information, and begins to understand what is causing the increase, maybe with the help of a parent. The patient-doctor begins over time to understand food and stress and develops ability to use stress reduction techniques to handle stress,   and the patient learns to like the good foods.

Back to the non-diabetics who don’t have it.

If you don’t have diabetes, learn about the 22″Bad Foods” from the two books Charlie authored, and don’t eat the “Bad foods” because if you eat the “Bad Foods” you will get it. Take the prevention path. Some definition on the “Bad foods” is white rice, skinned potatoes, fries, chips, mashed potatoes, corn, pretzels, bagels, dried dates, and frozen tofu.

There are people who became unwell that don’t really fit any of the four groups. They were the minorities. They had a very high percentage of diabetics.

They were shunned. I told the minorities, American Indians, Africans. Portuguese, and Mexicans, that you had many diabetics, including children, because you were poor, and you ate whatever you could, I told the minorities you can’t just eat anything your impulse wants. You are eating some of the wrong foods and become ill. I suggested that they eat their heritage type food, as much as possible, rather than the wrong foods. You might be able to share the good foods, and you may want to try having the people you work for help you in eating a list of good foods that helps you work better, which makes sense.
